It’s been quite some times since a Felix Da Housecat remix has passed over my trail, and it was well worth the wait. Felix holds true to the Summer fresh, sing-along vibe of Hollywood by Penguin Prison and RAC while infusion his signature style.

Green Label Sound have just revealed the video for RAC‘s collaboration with Penguin Prison. Both artists appear in the Hollywood clip, as does oddly enough Rose McGowan. It’s a beautiful shot and rather surreal clip…

The video tells the story of an 1850′s cowboy and his horse as they experience and explore modern day LA. The cowboy, completely out of his element, longs for something familiar and he might just find it in the end

We’ve been sharing heaps of RAC (Remix Artist Collective) and Penguin Prison tracks + remixes for what seems like years now, but their new collaboration Hollywood is surely my favorite. Hollywood has a longing for Summer feel to it, and i’m surely feeling that way today. Usher it in, guys!

Penguin Prison has just released the video for Don’t Fuck With My Money, which was recorded a few weeks ago at the Occupy Wall Street March. Glover talks about his experience…

I wrote and recorded “Don’t Fuck With My Money” some time before the Occupy Wall Street protest began but I felt that some of the lyrics reflected the sentiments that a lot of people have right now…” Glover explains. “…Inspired by OWS and by the other protests that have sprung up all over the world I decided to film a video for “Don’t Fuck With My Money” at the Occupy Wall Street March that went from Zuccotti Park to Times Square.  Filming it was an amazing experience and I hope the video can help to bring their message to even more people than it has already reached.

I think it’s such a cool video that really captures the essence of the movement!

You can find Don’t Fuck With My Money on his phenomenal debut Penguin Prison. This is one of my standout tracks alongside The Worse It Gets and Golden Train.
