It’s been a minute since we last did a GIRLS ALOUD post! Their new single Untouchable is out now and this is the b-side from it IT’S YOUR DYNAMITE. The girls also kicked off their Out Of Control Tour this week in the UK. It looks kinda like the Spice Girls tour (which rocked!) and if I had there I totally would have gone to see the girls! This video is a medley of some of their older hits. Enjoy!

A trip to BBC’s Radio 1 by BLOC PARTY recently resulted in an unlikely cover of Call The Shots by Girls Aloud. It’s an interesting cover, and sounds nothing like the original. Worth a listen! The vocals make me squint in pain a bit, but I love the effort!

As you all know we love a bit of Girls Aloud over here! A few nights ago they hosted ‘The Girls Aloud Party’ and did a bunch of performances and skits, I haven’t watched it all yet but what I have is great! You can all follow suit and watch the whole thing here.
I know we’ve posted about the last two albums before so here is a performance of a track of one of their older albums, ‘Something Kind of Ooohhh’

The video for the Pet Shop Boys/Xenomania produced track The Loving Kind off Out Of Control..the latest release from Girls Aloud. This video is their best so far, the girls look great and the concept is pure pop video. I’m all about the intro sequence with all the red, silver and white squares, love it!

Girls Aloud have announced they’ll be doing a UK next year. Presale tickets are available to Live Nation members from today! Too bad they aren’t stopping in the US, I’m not ashamed to admit I’d totally go! =)

Girls Aloud are about to release Out of Control, their new album of material since the pop-tastic Tangled Up! The album has leaked, and out of the lot, my favorite track is The Loving Kind. I think it’s a great pop song, ready for a video, ready for remixes!

So Girls Aloud performed ‘The Promise’ live on the x factor the other night… wow its a great song but they gotta work on their performance!! They also need to hire a better cover designer. The monstrosity i posted above is the official artwork for their new album ‘Out Of Control’
