It’s been a while since we last heard from Dragonette but they have just revealed their new video for ‘Bodyparts’ album opener ‘Run Run Run.‘ It sees Martina taking a messy journey though the crowded streets of London and NYC trying to forget her troubles.
Our friend Tom Butcher aka. Codebase loves analog synthesizers and vintage drum machines. That’s how we like it! Check out his remix of Dragonette‘s ‘Let It Go’ and grab a free mp3 download while you’re at it.

Dragonette head back to their hometown decked out in a hell of a lot of denim for their ‘Live In This City’ video which was released yesterday. The trio encounter a few people along the way who are freakier than they appear. Be warned, if you’ve ever had a crush on Dan on Joel you may not look at them the same way once you’ve finished watching!

Yesterday, Dragonette released this tasty “Body Parts” album sampler. While the I’m not as instantly in love with all the songs as I was with Galore or Fixin To Thrill, I still believe this is gonna turn out to be a great album and I’m excited to hear it in full.

Over the last few days, Dragonette have been hard at work filming the video for the electro jam Live In This City, and while we wait for the premiere we can enjoy the Heren Remix which was just released this week as a free download.
A few weeks ago Dragonette announced their third album and dropped a free download of first single Rocket Ship. Now they return with their equally great new single Live In This City. This one has some serious attitude, if it’s not a mainstream hit there is really no justice in the world!
They are set to release Bodyparts, their third studio album, on September 24th in the UK. A new Dragonette album is always a treat and we can’t wait to get our hands on it! Live In This City is available on iTunes now.
Our beloved Dragonette have just revealed a brilliant new tune called Rocket Ship! It’s a gloriously sexy electro pop jam that’s beyond catchy “You launched your rocket ship into my heart” Martina declares.
We’ve been championing them since before the release of Galore and we hope they’ll finally get the mainstream success they deserve with their upcoming third studio album.
