Britney Spears has taken to Twitter to revealed the title of her upcoming album. Drum roll please… the title is Femme Fatale and above is the official album cover. I love the name its a perfect fit for her! Brit had this to say about the album…
“I’ve poured my heart and soul into this album over the last 2 years. I’ve put everything I have into it. This album is for you, my fans, who have always supported me and have stuck by me every step of the way! I love you all!”!
The first single Hold It Against Me has smashed airplay and sales records worldwide! The album is expected to be released on March 15th
After last week’s demo leak, finally we have our hands on the official version of Hold It Against Me by Britney Spears. This track was produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin and is taken from her currently untitled seventh studio album due for release in March.
Well I’ve got to admit that I have been eagerly awaiting the new Britney Spears single Hold It Against Me, and while we may have to wait a little longer for the official version, the demo version has just popped up online. Note these are not Britney’s vocals and I’m sure that the finished version with Brit’s vocals will be 100% better, but this sounds like it has the potential to be the comeback that Ms. Spears has been waiting for! What do you think?
Now can someone check that MuuMuse has not collapsed in a corner somewhere from excitement?
When I was 19, I was browsing through Virgin Records (who to you recently inducted New Yorkers is nothing but a myth) I saw on the large screen BRITNEY dance to Toxic. As much as I am not a staple pop fan that video brought my attention to the prettiest girl in Mississippi. It’s not so much her ‘ingenuity’ that gets me at all – I think its more her not giving up and doing her thing. The press love preying on some of our artists especially ones that react to them (look what they are doing to Kanye) of course, all artists have their bag of shit but we all have that hidden somewere beneathe a pile of dirty laundry. The end of the deal is like this, the new video for 3 is Britney basics; hot dancing and lots of smiling for the camera. I will always love this bitch she never gives up and produces entertainment for us! So for all you naysayers shove it! - JAKE
BRITNEY SPEARS is hot off the heels of a tour that nobody thought she’d finish. I remember watching a bunch of kids dancing to F.U.C.K.M.E. during the show and it felt so, so wrong. Oh well. Max Martin (the guy who wrote the horrid If You Seek Amy) is back with Britney on new track 3 which is an ode to threesomes. Awkward. Half rave, half electro-dance – it’s catchy and a slight progression away from her most recent albums Circus and Blackout. - Matt
RIHANNA‘s got the single from the upcoming summer blockbuster Terminator Salvation. I have to say it’s going to be everywhere, I predict a hit. It’s totally a re-hash of If You Seek Amy, or rather, the past few Britney singles floating around the clubs and radios lately.
