It’s been a long time since we heard from the lovely Bat For Lashes, but she has returned in the best possible way with Laura, the first single to be taken from The Haunted Man album, due for release on October 15th. It’s breathtakingly beautiful ballad, what a gorgeous voice. We eagerly anticipate the album.

On October 15th, Bat For Lashes will release her third album The Haunted Man - and it’s about damn time! The follow up to 2009′s Two Suns drops via Parlophone right in the middle of a Summer/Fall tour through the U.K. Let’s flash back to my favorite track and video, Daniel.

We’ve been praying for that golden blue coyote to bring us a new era of music from Bat For Lashes, and it looks like it might just be happening in the near future.
Backed by a powerful string quartet at the Vivid Festival in Sydney, Australia Natasha performed a new song which have yet to learn the title of.

Ah, i’ve been waiting for the new video release from BAT FOR LASHES. Here it is, the video for Sleep Alone, the single of which is released on September 7th. Congratulations to Natasha for her nomination for the 2009 Mercury Prize.

BAT FOR LASHES just released a new video today for Pearl’s Dream. Watch her battle alter ego, a very blonde ‘Pearl’ who melts a la Wizard of Oz upon touching the real Natasha. She looks beautiful as usual and the track is ace, love you Natasha!
