A few weeks ago Dragonette announced their third album and dropped a free download of first single Rocket Ship. Now they return with their equally great new single Live In This City. This one has some serious attitude, if it’s not a mainstream hit there is really no justice in the world!

They are set to release Bodyparts, their third studio album, on September 24th in the UK. A new Dragonette album is always a treat and we can’t wait to get our hands on it! Live In This City is available on iTunes now.

Last week we posted a few live versions of tracks from The xx‘s forthcoming album Coexisit, now we have another studio version to share. Chained has just popped up online and after only a few listens I’m already loving it and more eager than ever to hear the rest of the album which is shaping up quite nicely.

LNTG never fails to deliver on these re edits I’m still stuck on the Diana Ross Boy You Turn Me one we posted a while back!

I’m really enjoying it this morning and I think you’ll agree that this is a real treat for any Lana  fan, a lot of care and consideration has been putting this together and I for one appreciate the effort.

Jessie Ware Debuts New Material From ‘Devotion’ Live At The Bacardi Beginnings Launch

Jessie Ware recently performed at the launch of Bacardi Beginnings in London and today we’ve been treated to a video of her entire 20 minute long set.  She does some tracks from the debut album you won’t have heard yet, including my personal favorite Sweet Talk.

As you all know I’m incredibly excited about this superb new talent, she’s giving me shivers just watching this performance – what passion she puts into it! I hope its not long before I have the opportunity to see her live.

We recently got an advance of  Jessie’s forthcoming album Devotion which drops on August 20th, we’ll have a review posted very soon!
