Nine Inch Nails return with “Came Back Haunted”

Trent Reznor never disappoints, and his latest Nine Inch Nails release “Came Back Haunted” certainly lives up to his name. It’s got Pretty Hate Machine meets The Downward Spiral written all over it. Loving it this morning!

A throbbing dirty synth lays atop industrial machine drums, that sound fresh and vintage at the same time. I left my teenage angst back in New Hampshire when I was 18, I can never forget how much of an inspiration NIN are to me. Nothing like a good industrial pop song.

Glass Candy unveil ‘Beautiful Object’ video

If you asked us for an artist who we thought represented the Hard Candy vibe, we’d have to put Glass Candy high up on the list. Producer Mike Simonetti has an uncanny knack for creating a catchy, pop tune while infusing his unique blend of gritty disco and sexy beats. Their latest video, for last years jam “Beautiful Object” - directed by (as always) Alberto Rossini is available to view below.

The new single from our favorite Australian duo Parralox comes in the form of “Silent Morning.” This slice of new wave freestyle pop is so infectious, you’ll love it. “Silent Morning” was originally released by Noel in ’87 and Parralox have revamped it for 2013.
